This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all services and products offered by Partner Yoga Bali, which is a brand operated by PT PARTNER YOGA BALI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a legal entity registered in Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia. 1. General Refund Terms We strive to provide the highest quality sport and wellness consultancy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted to admin@partneryogabali.com within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. 2. Services and Consultancy Refunds for consultancy sessions or sport-related services are only available if the session has not yet commenced. Once a consultancy session has been delivered, the service is considered "consumed," and no refunds will be issued. 3. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital content, any digital downloads, workout plans, or online courses are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. 4. Currency and Processing All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Refunds will be issued in IDR for the exact amount paid. Please note that your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees or processing times, for which PT Partner Yoga Bali is not responsible. 5. How to Request a Refund To initiate a request, please email admin@partneryogabali.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method used through the Xendit gateway.
