At Partner Yoga Bali, we value your time and the time of our consultants. This policy governs the cancellation of appointments and subscription services provided by PT PARTNER YOGA BALI. 1. Appointment Cancellations Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultancy session up to 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a "Late Cancellation Fee" equal to 50% of the session cost, or forfeiture of the session credit. 2. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full charge of the session fee. 3. Subscription Cancellations If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing cycle. 4. Company Cancellations In the rare event that PT PARTNER YOGA BALI must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., consultant illness or technical failure), you will be offered a full refund or a priority reschedule at no additional cost.
